Experimental:
These experimental pieces are a slight departure from my usual abstract work. The materials are the same (acrylic on canvas), but I am playing with smaller brush strokes to create more dense, impressionistic compositions that evoke gardens and scenic landscapes.

Artist's Bio:
Kiah creates movement in her work to cultivate a certain stillness within, transforming and organizing visceral energy and experience into something visible and tangible. Her active mind quiets as she gets lost in each piece; painting and drawing become meditative and therapeutic. She utilizes the natural unpredictability and fluidity of her materials – acrylic, ink, watercolor & spray paint – to explore various processes, aesthetics and techniques. She creates and solves her own problems, both visually and internally, as each work evolves into its own unique puzzle.
